Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for a prize you must submit your assigned gift by the due date: November 17th 11:59PM GMT+10

despite the amount of entries you obtain; you are only eligible for one prize

each gift you creates generates (1) entry into the prize pool draw

the max of amount of entries a person may obtain by assigned gifts is (2); this may be subject to change per hosts discretion

you may accrue up to an additional (1) entry by completing gifts on short notice from participants who fail to complete their assigned gift

you acknowledge that if you do not submit your gift before november 17th 11:59PM GMT+10, you will not accrue an entry into the prize pool

by participating in the gift exchange you consent to having your art or fiction creation uploaded to the youtube channel @sighamadaravv as apart of the gift exchange showcase, incl. prizes

any prize containing the creative production of another individual must not be re-uploaded, or sold commercially for profit by the prize recipient: this applies to any voice collection, or music production

entries are accrued via the above methods

all participants will have at a minimum (1) entry into the prze pool draw if they have submitted their gift before the stated timeframe

a random draw will be conducted at the conclusion of the Gift Exchange Live Reveal Event

your name will appear consistent with the number of entries you have obtained

all names of eligible participants will be entered prior to the event; will be llive streamed; on a verified randomiser wheel

11 names will be drawn live

if your name is drawn; all subsequent entries are forfeited as each participant is only eligible for one prize within the pool system

the order in which participants pick prizes is determined by the order in which their names are drawn

all 11 names will be drawn live on stream

post stream, all 11 winners will be notified and provided a special role within the discord server

this role will grant all 11 winners to an isolated channel; where only jaal and winners are granted send message privileges; other members may observe freely

the participant whose name is drawn first will have the first choice from all available prizes

the participant whose name is drawn second will have the next choice from the remaining prizes, and so on

the process will continue until the last participant, who will receive the final remaining prize

The organizer, Jaal, will supervise the process to ensure it is fair and transparent

By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions; if you are not willing to provide the required personal or contactable information for a specific prize; inform jaal; it is a confition for all prize pool rewards that personal information to a certain degree is provided

whilst this is dependent on the reward you may possibly receive, please reach out if you are concerned

these terms and conditions are in force from 21 july 2025; specific to the rogue trader immaterium gift exchange

there are a total of 11 items in the prize pool

(2) items are considered major prizes due to financial worth, collaborative value, and time expenditure

The major prizes will be showcased live upon completion; accepting this as your prize means agreeing to this condition

major prizes are not to be distrubuted for commercial use or re-uploaded under any cirumstance without consent

accepting winner of major prize TTRPG must not be banned or under suspension within a fan nominated server for guests, will de-renzy martin and ian russell

accepting winner of major prize TTRPG must be able to speak english; be willing to partake in the event in full; act in a collaborative and postive manner; and be willing to partake in a recorded live stream event

accepting winner of major prize duel-narrated fanfiction can have any fan-ficiton they own, have been gifted, or have consent by the owner; to be read by jaal and holy_lustration

this prize will be recorded as per duel-narrated audiobook variables

(4) items are considered digital prizes due to them being distributed via digital avenues

warhammer 40k: dark heresy, and, the expanse: osiris reborn, prize editions will be purchased via owlcatgames website: accepting this gift will require you to provide personal and contactable information to jaal

gamesworkshop gift voucher will be delievered via email; accepting this gift requires that you provide a valid email address to jaal

warhammer 40k: rogue trader season pass 2 will be purchased via steam gift; xbox gift; or playstation gift cards by jaal

(5) items are considered physical prizes due to them requiring to be shipped to the winning recipient

accepting any physical gift will require you to provide your personal information and valid shipping address to jaal and theevilscribbler

all shipping expenses are covered; there is zero expense to the recipient

this prize is seperate from the prize pool: winning this does not disqualify you from the prize pool

entry into the custom music special gift draw will consider any participant who has submitted an assigned fanfiction gift to jaal in its completion by october 12th 11:59pm gmt+10

prize will be drawn approximately 15 mins past deadline

winner will have their assigned fanfiction creation sent to literarypotato who will then create a custom music piece to the theme of the fanfiction

created music will be used as a backdrop to that gifts reveal cinematic within the gift exchange reveal cinematic

you must not reveal that you have won this reward

this prize is seperate from the prize pool: winning this does not disqualify you from the prize pool

three participants will be awarded this prize equally

it will be up to the hosts discretion if your voice acting contribution will be included in the final showcase if you fail to produce a gift by the due date

entry into the voice acting special gift draw will consider any participant who consents to taking part; your consent will be collected during the sign up process

it is a condition that you are able to speak english to participate in this reward; you are not expected to be fluent in any capacity; if your voiced character can speak two languages, with one being english, and you do aswell, this is accepted

you must be able to record yourself speaking with no background noise; a voice recording collected on your mobile phone with no background noise is accepted; there is no expectation for a professional quality level

by opting in to this prize draw, you are consenting to your voice being used creatively by jaal for the 'A rogue traders tale' series on youtube

you will voice the character you have chosen for your gift in the sign up sheet

the winners will be drawn on september 30th

you must not reveal that you have won this reward
